I am pleased to share the following leadership changes within The Inland Group of Companies, effective October 1, 2025.

Mike Svedruzic, currently Chief Operating Officer, will assume the role of Chief Executive Officer, as I transition into the role of Chair of the Inland Group of Companies. Mike has been with the organization since 1998 and brings a deep understanding of our business, shared values and long-term vision. I will continue to provide strategic guidance and support to the leadership team.

Vice President Canadian Operations, Engineering and Maintenance, Jonathan Hunt, will move into the role of Chief Operating Officer and our current VP of Finance, Andrew Alford, will become Chief Financial Officer.

These changes build on the strong foundation we have built over the years and reflect our deep commitment to long-term, innovative growth. With that in mind, and after careful consideration and planning, we have made the decision to bring together Inland Technologies International Limited (ITIL) and Integrated Deicing Services (IDS) into a more unified and stronger organization under one name – Inland Deicing Services.

This change will only strengthen our ability to achieve our mutual goals joining two teams who share the same values and commitment to excellence. As we work through the transition plan, we will keep you informed every step of the way. Most importantly, you have our commitment that we will continue to deliver the exceptional service you have come to expect from us.
